Because de-matting can be an uncomfortable and painful (if not impossible) experience and depending on the severity of the matting on the dog, additional charges may be applied to your bill. For badly matted pets I recommend a complete shave down.
Your pal is pampered with a warm, hydro massage therapy bath, with the finest "all natural" grooming products from Bark 2 Basics. He/She is also toweled and "fluff" dried, along with brushing/combing, nails trimmed, ears cleaned/ear hair plucked, a light trim (feet and sanitary), or styled and a leave-in hypoallergenic coat conditioner, Glo-Coat. All pals go home smelling great with their favorite cologne, a bandana, and a "homemade" dog cookie, and the "little girls" get a bow. Aromatherapy is always complimentary here at Pampered-Pals, along with a "cageless", stress free grooming session.
